New plans are being added regularly, and generic plans that aren't listed below can be developed by request at no additional charge. 16 Weeks to Peak Marathon Performance There are three versions of this plan available to athletes looking to complete a marathon, each based on the individual's respective athletic condition and goals. From the beginner program, which is perfect for athletes that are new to the marathon distance or whom have limited time to train, to advanced, for seasoned veterens looking to set a new personal record.
