TRAINING PLANS

Training Plans offered by Think Fast Multisport provide you with the same class of intelligent, focused training you'd receive as subscriber to an individual Coaching Package, but serve as self-contained plans with no communication activity between you and the coach, and no revisions to the plan once it's distributed.

While being both economical and a smart way to add structure and focus to your training, Think Fast Multisport Training Plans additionally include the following:

  • Introductory information to the goals and the purpose of each key phase of the plan
  • Daily workout descriptions and key training targets
  • Easy access to training plan via TrainingPeaks Online

CUSTOM-CREATED PLANS

Custom-created plans begin with durations as short as 8 weeks and can be extended up to 26 weeks, making them ideal for training cycles varying from short overload & recovery periods to a complete Ironman preparation. Likewise, custom-created plans are a great option for you if you're an experienced athlete preparing for your first event of a new sport or distance.

Pricing for custom-created plans begins at $150 for 8 weeks and increments by $20 per week thereafter. Developing the plan begins with a start-up interview to establish your current capabilities and your end-goals for the period of training you're interested in. Your custom-created plan will then be authored by Think Fast Multisport and distributed via TrainingPeaks Online. No further communication with the coach is included with the cost of the plan, however, consultation sessions can be arranged by request.

PRE-BUILT TRAINING PLANS

Perfect for the athlete looking to draw on the coaching expertise of Think Fast Multisport, while working from a streamlined training plan that comes pre-built and designed specifically for your event of interest. New plans are being added regularly, and generic plans that aren't listed below can be developed by request at no additional charge.

16 Weeks to Peak Marathon Performance

There are three versions of this plan available to athletes looking to complete a marathon, each based on the individual's respective athletic condition and goals. From the beginner program, which is perfect for athletes that are new to the marathon distance or whom have limited time to train, to advanced, for seasoned veterens looking to set a new personal record. Each version of this plan includes the following:

  • Detailed plan overview and description
  • Daily workouts and exercise direction
  • Weekly goals and summaries
  • Heart rate training zone and/or running pace training zone calculator
  • Rated Perceived Exertion equivalency table
  • 7-day introductory personal account from TrainingPeaks Online

26 Weeks to Ironman (Advanced)

This plan is designed for athletes that meet the following criteria:

  • Athlete is capable of training 6-7 days a week
  • Athlete has competed in more than 1 half-Ironman or Ironman before
  • Athlete has been running, cycling and swimming for at least a year
