COACHING PACKAGES Personalized coaching with Think Fast Multisport begins with an extensive interview, conducted over the phone or in-person (depending on your location). Next, your Annual Training Plan (ATP) is defined, providing a high-level roadmap for you to understand how the workouts you perform today will prepare you for the events you're aiming to compete in. Throughout the coaching relationship, your ATP will be continually referenced and systematically refined to ensure your seasonal goals and athletic objectives are clearly identified and targeted in your training. Coaching Packages expertly combine your ATP with monthly training plans detailing the workouts you'll perform on a day-by-day basis. Whether you're looking to complete your first race of a new distance, or you're a seasoned endurance athlete, your training plan is tailored specifically to you, your abilities, and your goals. What you receive when you choose a Think Fast Multisport Coaching Package Think Fast Multisport offers two levels of Coaching Packages which differ primarily in the amount of communication between you and the coach, the frequency of your plan revisions, and the time spent reviewing your training log and data files. |

With the Palmarès Package, you'll receive a level of individual attention virtually unmatched by many other endurance coaches.

THE PODIUM PACKAGE Make no mistake about it, while the Podium Package is a more economical offering from Think Fast Multisport, most of the great features of the higher level Palmarès Package are included, with the exception of reduced one-on-one communication between you and the coach, and a reduction in the frequency in which you receive direct feedback.

TrainingPeaks Online Account Think Fast Multisport leverages the power of TrainingPeaks - an interactive, web-based training and nutrition log - to provide a robust means for recording and tracking your training information. Included in your Coaching Package is a free TrainingPeaks Online account where you'll receive your training plan materials, workouts, reports, and analysis of your training data from your coach. Monthly Training Plans After creating your Annual Training Plan from your start-up interview, you'll receive your first four-week block of training detailing your day-by-day workouts while factoring in your abilities, your goals, the time of year, and the available time you have to train. Every four weeks, you'll receive a new monthly training plan which will include:

Combine the complexity of a focused training plan with the emotional ups and downs of any long-term endeavor, and you're bound to have a question or two from time to time. At Think Fast Multisport, you're encouraged to communicate openly and frequently with your coach. Whether you're looking for input on race strategy or you have a question on nutrition, your coach is there to provide you feedback.
